Product Details

Aeronautical Accessories Extended offers a branded Skid Guard Kit that is longer than the standard version which comes in the 600 lb Goodrich / Breeze External Rescue Hoist Kit / Provisions. The Extended Skid Guard protects the outboard side of the skid tube from wear and chafing from the hoist cable during operations. The guard is easy to install and is available only for R/H side. The guard extends from the AFT portion of the skid tube to just past the middle.

Kit is not compatible on aircraft with skid mounted emergency flotation gear or low skid landing gear with BHT powered step installed. Aircraft with this equipment requires the installation of Aeronautical Accessories branded Float Gear Skid Guard Kit, P/N: 412-150-518.
