The Radar Altimeter Antenna Mount Kit provides two flat mounting locations for installation of Bendix King KA-54A or Sensor Systems Inc. S67-2002 Altimeter Antennas on the bottom of the tailboom. Installing the antennas on the tailboom allows for additional optional equipment or larger mission equipment to be installed on the belly of the aircraft. The Radar Altimeter Antenna Mount Kit is engineered for ease of installation and each kit includes detailed instructions, drawings and hardware. Bell 505, Radar Altimeter Installation Kit Allows the installation of the Garmin GRA 55 LRU with the associated transmit and receive antennas mounted on the tailboom.* The LRU is installed on the Avionics Shelf located on the truss. The Garmin GRA 55 is a digital radar altimeter providing precise above ground altitude info which is displayed on the G1000. *Requires Garmin GRA55, sold separately.
