The Tail Rotor Pedal Safety Kit is designed to disconnect the copilot's Tail Rotor Pedals from the flight control system when the quick-change dual control sticks are removed, thus preventing passenger interference with the flight controls. Moving the Tail Rotor Pedals from the locked position to the engaged position (or reverse) can be accomplished in less than five minutes, once the kit has been initially installed. This kit comes with complete instructions and hardware necessary for installation. It can be purchased individually or as part of the Dual Control Safety Kit.
